This was the first windshield replacement I've ever done. The process was so easy due to the way Safelite manages the communication. Our installer, Justin, was awesome. He was professional, courteous, and quick. I appreciated how he complied with my request to leave room in the driveway for our other vehicle to enter and exit knowing that we had a medical appointment shortly after his arrival. Amazingly, he was so fast that the job was done before we even needed to leave. My overall impression is extremely positive! Thank you, Safelite.

From this to this, in under an hour. I knew the name of my technician, and I also had a picture of my technician. It makes a woman at home alone.Feel good and safe. This is the second time i've used Safelite. In 2023 when my windshield was cracked on the highway by debris. My technician cleaned up all the class.That was in my hatch and on the floor. WHEW !!!!
